Delivery and return
PRODUCT DELIVERY.
The deadlines for delivery of the material are merely informative and are not binding on montecamper.com.
Shipping is made by transport in 24-48 hours (90% of shipments are made in 24 hours)
In case of delay in the delivery of the product, it will be immediately communicated to the client, who may choose to accept the deadlines or cancel the order with the corresponding immediate transfer of the amount paid by montecamper.com.
The estimated delivery days are working days, not counting holidays or Saturdays.
We send the merchandise through different agencies, mainly within 24 hours.
If the client would like a shipment by a transport agency of their choice, always with expenses at the client's expense, they must notify montecamper.com, which will evaluate the possibility of doing so, and may finally refuse.
Orders placed on Fridays after 4:00 p.m. will be shipped on Monday.
CLAIMS
Upon receipt of the product, the client will have a period of 14 days to send to montecamper.com any claim in relation to the product supplied. After this period, the products will be considered compliant and accepted by the client without any possible claim. The claim must be sent to info@montecamper.com , indicating the following information:
Purchase invoice number
Client number
Product reference number and product serial number
Number of units whose return is requested
Statement of the reasons for the claim
Return
All products sold may be returned within 7 days from the delivery date and 14 days for remote sales from the web, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Law.
Previously, the client must indicate their intention by email. montecamper.com will respond by means of another email specifying the precise instructions for returning the product.
Return costs will be borne by the customer.
The refund to the customer's account as a result of this return will be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods by info@montecamper.com
The return cannot take place in any case if the products supplied were clearly subject to use.
The products must be returned correctly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer) with all accessories, instructions and documentation. They will be sent to the location specified by montecamper.com in the precise instructions for returning the product sent by email.
In the event that the return is not accepted by the supplier because it is understood that the product whose return is intended had been used, these products will remain in the distribution warehouse to be collected by the customer, for a period not exceeding thirty days from its return.
Packages that do not contain any attached element that allows the sender to be identified (order number, name, address,...) cannot be returned either.
The expenses and risks linked to the return of the product will be borne by the customer, who must send them safely and with the necessary guarantees so that the returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition.
Through montecamper.com you can make returns on purchased products for the amount of the same. Once the returned product(s) has been received, montecamper.com will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to credit the amount paid less shipping costs, regardless of the amount of the returned product.
Anyone who returns their product will receive an email informing them of the amount of their refund.
Warranty
Due to its status as an intermediary, the warranty that covers the product delivered to the customer is limited to that extended by the manufacturer.
